     The Glencoe Golf Club staff would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!  We are looking forward to a great season in 2012.  Even though it is still cold outside, we would like you to be aware of some of the programs that are now available.

    Summer golf camp registration is now open!! The Glencoe Golf Club will be offering camps for junior golfers of all age and ability levels. Our professional staff will concentrate on the fundamentals of the game while offering students the unique ability to have daily access to the golf course. Full and half-day camps will begin the week of
June 11th and will teach juniors the game of golf in a fun, exciting, and educational environment. All campers will receive a golf pass for five FREE rounds of golf as well as a ‘Get Ready to Golf’ starter kit included with their registration fee.      The Glencoe Golf Club offers a permanent tee time package.  This package includes 19-weeks of reserved tee times, walking, on either Saturday or Sunday mornings. The season will begin on the weekend of May 5th/6th and will continue through the weekend of September 8th/9th.  A complete foursome is required to obtain a permanent tee time.  Also included in your membership is a CDGA handicap membership, a Glencoe Golf Club memento tee-gift, and member-only special events.  For additional information and exact times that are open please contact the golf shop 847-835-0250, or visit our website.

     Senior membership cards will be available for the 2012 season beginning March 1st.  The senior membership is open to all golfers 60 years old and up and offers discounted rates everyday of the week.  Stop by the golf shop early to purchase a card so you can start saving with your first round of the season. Senior Membership card holders will also be eligible to participate in Senior Member Appreciation Events which will take place throughout the season.
